unsustainable, thus fell again to 34 percent in the eighties.
Finally, it fell to 26 percent in the nineties By 1993, Sudan
had the world's largest debtor to the WB and the IMF and
its relationship with the international financial institutions
have been strained, where the IMF suspended voting rights
for Sudan and the World Bank suspended Sudan's right to
make withdrawals for loans and credits, Also European
Union suspended agricultural credit funds in Sudan, which
amounts to more than one billion Euros, and the
government failed to comply with the IMF program
(Almosharaf and Tain, 2014).
1.2. The Problem of the Research:
In Sudan, stability of economic performance has
been no sustained resulting from weakness performance of
macroeconomic policies, which led to fluctuation in key
sectors (agriculture, industry, and services) contribution in
the economy, in addition to that continuous exchange rate
and exports deterioration were noticed as a result of
weakness in economic performance, as well as lower public
spending.
This research tries to answer the question: whether
government expenditure (G), exports (X) and exchange rate
