Commonwealth countries through the Commonwealth Foundation,
Association of Commonwealth Universities, and Commonwealth

tive, especially in Ghana, Mozambique, Nigeria, South Africa and
Uganda. India implicit the chair of the Kimberley Process (KP) for
2008, reflecting the respect of its social order and communal regime
